Sikura Gestioni directly manages air conditioning and electric plants through its “technological plants DIVISION”; dealing with all the qualification required by law, the society can provide an important system of operations and services:
- take the role of Third Party
- start-up, conduction, control surveys and measurements, plants’ function stop during summer and winter
- supervision and control of the plants to guarantee the correct function
- running the step necessary for contracting supply
- design, construction, mechanic and electric installation plants with building assistance
- declaration of conformity under the D.M. 37/08
